The friends you keep meaning to text.

amiqo shows you your people, the ones slipping and the ones who'd show up for you, then gives you the words to reach out, in your voice.

Add the people who matter, amiqo shows you who you're drifting from and gives you the words, and you send in a tap.

Your friends never need the app. They just get a normal text from you.

These are your people. A few are slipping.

Not gone, just quiet. amiqo helps you reach out before the gap grows, and reminds you these people matter to you, and you to them.

Most friendships don't fade from fights.
    They fade from nothing happening.

    Staying close, made simple.

    Step one

    Add your people.

Pull a few names from your contacts or add them by hand. You choose who is in. amiqo never imports your whole address book and never messages anyone for you.

    Step two

    See who is drifting.

amiqo watches the time since you last reached out and quietly surfaces the people you are going quiet with, plus anyone with a birthday coming up. Nothing to scroll. Just one person at a time.

    Step three

    Send in a tap.

A warm opener written in your voice. Edit it, send it, done.

    Step four

    Watch it add up.

amiqo records when you last connected and keeps a private history of your friendships. Only you ever see it.

    For example

You add Sara, and you last talked three months ago. One morning amiqo surfaces her with a draft like "hey Sara, you popped into my head today, how is the new place treating you?" You tweak it, send, and it logs the date so you always know you showed up.

It works with the friends you already have.

Never a feed. amiqo doesn't ask you to start over with strangers. It helps you stay close to the people already in your life.

    A note from Kyle.

    Kyle Schaffer, founder of amiqo
    Kyle · Atlanta

I started amiqo because I wanted to be a better friend.

For a long time I assumed my friendships would stay strong on their own. What I realized recently is that the friendships I cared about most were the ones where I wasn't being intentional. I wasn't putting in the right amount of effort. And friendships fade quietly when you do that.

All I needed was the right reminder and a system. A place to log the key details people share. A nudge to follow up, send the text, place the random call, organize a dinner or a walk.

So I built the thing I wished existed. I use amiqo every day, to be a better friend to the people I already have, and to make new ones in the cities I live in.

This is a personal project. No bots. No paid ads. If you try it, tell me how it goes. I read every email.

"Since teaming up with amiqo for our Monday Park Flows, 25-30 yogis show up every week and most hang out afterward. The community we've built together blossomed faster than I ever could have managed alone."

"amiqo lets guests start chatting before the event, so more people show up. Once on-site, their meetup zone gives everyone an easy, low-pressure place to mingle and make real connections."
