amiqo (inspired by "amigo" in Spanish and "amico" in Italian, meaning "friend") is a social platform designed to combat the loneliness epidemic. Founded by Kyle in Atlanta, GA, amiqo empowers individuals to create or join spontaneous, interest-based meetups — making real-life connection simple, safe, and enjoyable.

- **Ghost Tax**: A unique accountability feature — stake a conversation, and if you ghost, you lose the stake. One-tap out if it's not a fit, no penalty.
