the amiqo app

    Schedule workouts with friends.

amiqo is the free iOS and Android app for scheduling workouts with the friends you already have. Post the class, run or lift you're headed to, your friends tap in with one yes, and you rate the class afterwards so your circle knows what is worth their morning. No feed, no ads, no strangers.

How to schedule workouts with friends.

    1. 1

Send the plan. Post the class, run, or lift you're already going to, with the day, time, and place.

    2. 2

Confirm availability. Friends tap 'I'm in' so you see the headcount before you leave the house.

    3. 3

Get them to show up. Show up together and do the workout as a group instead of alone.

    4. 4

Rate the class. Leave a quick verdict so your circle knows if it was worth the morning.

    What amiqo does.

    • Post what you're already doing. The 7am class, the Tuesday run, the Saturday lift.
    • Friends tap in to join. You see the headcount before you leave the house.
    • Rate the class afterwards. Your friends' verdicts on studios and instructors, not a stranger's five stars.
    • See who's slipping. amiqo privately flags the friend who used to show up and has gone quiet.

    Why scheduling in amiqo works.

Group plans die in the group chat because someone has to organize them. amiqo removes that job. You announce a slot instead of polling for one: "6pm flow Tuesday, come." Friends tap in with a single yes and the plan exists. No thread to scroll, no calendar invites, no one left waiting on a maybe.

More on the method in the guide to working out with friends.

    Rate your fitness classes, privately.

Every studio page is 4.9 stars, which tells you nothing. amiqo takes the Beli approach instead: after a class you leave one of three verdicts, loved it, worth trying, or not for me, attached to the studio, the class and the instructor. Only your friends see it, so the list stays honest and your circle ends up with a shared shortlist of what is actually worth a Tuesday morning.

Planning workouts with friends made easy and fun!!

Amiqo makes it so easy to plan my workout with friends & my broader fitness circle! It’s way more fun showing up to classes, wellness events, etc. with friends but it can be really hard to schedule and coordinate without reaching out via text 1:1. So it’s easier and more fun just to share with my friends when I’m going to classes and activities and to see what my friends are up to that I can join. And I really like seeing the studios and instructors that my friends love and want to try so I know where to go next!

    Makes life soooo much easier

I’ve been needing an app like this for so long!!! It’s so hard to coordinate workouts with friends and keep track of everyone’s schedule. Now I can just put in what classes I wanna go to or join one of my friends’ classes and take the guess work out?! And I don’t need to message back and forth?! Seriously, all fit friends need to get this🥵🤩

    .

It's meetup basically. You can make groupchats but no swiping on people, I couldn't figure out how to find people individually.

How to schedule workouts with friends: FAQ.

How do I schedule workouts with friends?

Post the class, run, or gym session you're already going to with the day, time, and place. Your friends see it and tap in with one yes. You get a headcount before you leave, with no group chat polling.

What is the best way to plan workouts with friends?

Announce the workout you're doing anyway instead of asking when everyone is free. One post, one tap, one plan. Specific invites like 'Tuesday 7pm yoga at CorePower' get more yeses than open-ended ideas.

How do I get friends to show up to a workout?

Make the invite concrete and low pressure. 'I'm going to the 6pm class, want to join?' is easier to say yes to than 'we should work out sometime.' amiqo shows the headcount, so friends commit instead of leaving it on read.

How do you coordinate gym sessions with friends?

Post your lift with the time and gym. Friends tap in if they can make it. You see who's coming before you rack the first weight, so you never end up lifting alone by accident.

How do I ask a friend to work out without being pushy?

Lead with what you're already doing. Inviting someone to join your plan feels casual, not demanding. If they can't make it, they see the next one and can tap in when it works for them.

Is there an app to schedule workouts with friends?

Yes. amiqo is a free iOS and Android app built for scheduling workouts with the friends you already have. Post the plan, confirm who's in, show up together, and rate the class afterwards.

    amiqo app questions.

    What is the amiqo app?

amiqo is a free iOS and Android app for scheduling workouts with the friends you already have. You post the class, run or gym session you're headed to, your friends tap in to join, and you rate the class afterwards so your circle knows what is worth their morning.

Can I rate fitness classes and share the ratings with friends?

Yes. After a class you leave one of three verdicts: loved it, worth trying, or not for me. It attaches to the studio, class and instructor and is visible only to your friends, so your circle builds a private shortlist instead of reading public five star averages.

Is amiqo a Beli for fitness?

That is a fair shorthand. amiqo applies the Beli idea, ranked recommendations from friends rather than strangers, to fitness classes, studios and instructors. The difference is that amiqo also schedules the class: friends can tap in and come with you.

Yes. amiqo is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. There are no ads and no feed.

Is amiqo a dating app or a way to meet strangers?

No. amiqo has no discovery feed and no stranger matching. It is built entirely around the friends already in your circle.

People who already work out and want the friends they like to be there. Run clubs, class regulars, lifting partners, walkers, and anyone whose plans keep dying in the group chat.

    How do I download amiqo?

Search 'amiqo' on the App Store or Google Play, or tap the download button on this page. On desktop, scan the QR code and the store opens on your phone.

    Is amiqo private?

Yes. Nothing is public, there is no feed, no ads, and your relationships and ratings are never sold or mined.

    Where is amiqo available?
